Once again, Prof. Dr. Burkhard von Freyberg is spending the lecture-free period teaching Strategic Hotel Management at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) in Cape Town. This marks his fifth time at the CPUT Hotelschool, located near the iconic Waterfront and the Atlantic Ocean.
